- Understand that we are still quite small, with a strong commitment to the artists we're already working with (in some cases, an association may precede the release of an album by several years). Most likely, we will never release more than seven or eight albums a year, and most of them will be by these people.
- Know that we understand and appreciate the time and effort that go into creating original music. Though we haven’t been able to work with them, many demos have earned our affection, admiration and a place in our office collection (sorry- no rhyme intended), and in such cases we’ll usually let you know, with the hope that our response encourages your efforts."
