"YOU HAVEN'T UPDATED SINCE 'NAM!!!"
Yeah it's been a while. But at least I haven't tempted you by posting the results of online quizes so that it looks like I have.
I spent last weekend on Long Island with my my dad, my step-mother and my step-mothers family. Despite the fact that itcame only a week after spring break, it was still a welcome vacation. The reason for the trip was to see the Pirates open their season against the Mets. They lost 6-2, running my record on opening day to a whopping 2-11. That's 2 wins in 13 games. I shit you not.
I also saw two pretty decent movies last week, "Death to Smoochy" and "The Rookie". I would higly reccomend both, especially Smoochy--Robin Williams best performance since Aladdin, and the funniest movie I've seen in a long time. Rookie was good too, but nowhere near "Field of Dreams" quality. Yes I cried...laugh if you must, but at least it I've never shed a tear at "A Goofy Movie."
I got my room assigned to me. It's the student fellow room right down the hall, which is awesome because it's a single and still on my wellness corridor. I may actually have a futon in my room.
I'm off to Wendy's to eat some fries and a frosty. Peace.
