Comment on Portland Parks' new trail standards

Portland Parks and Recreation trail planners have until now had no standards to guide their development of new trails in and around parks.

That issue will soon be addressed when they adopt a new set of standards for trails (including multi-use paths, sidewalks in parks, unpaved paths, and even enhanced bikeways on green streets).

To see the draft guidelines, drop in at one of two public meetings or view the guildlines online. You can give input at the meetings, or comment online.
