Book review - The Tipping Point

The Tipping Point, by Malcolm Gladwell

An interesting topic, though the author came off as pedantic and patronizing at times. There were passages where he reduced the concepts to almost insultingly simple levels. Otherwise, though, a intriguing concept. I realize that all the little acts of conservation or thoughtfulness or kindness that I do are out of hopes of tipping a kind of conscientiousness movement.

Some of the principles of tipping points can easily be applied to businesses and the like. I intend to incorporate the concepts in managing Tuesday Blues.
