well maybe people think its stupid that skinheads call other skinheads "brothers." i mean, you arent really brothers. and they dont mean it like "close friends," because black people say that, and skinheads are racist. so they wouldnt say it like that either.

that was all a stupid joke. im just saying that you have to look at it from both sides. thats it. you cant say one thing is stupid and what you like isnt. and it was a couple of people on an LJ community. that isnt the entire punk population.

not at all. thats called not being reasonable. not looking at both sides means that you arent willing to see the other persons point. you can have your opinion and understand the other sides opinion. not listening to them means thinking that you are right the whole time.

and you said that it is a sex pistols thing to do and the sex pistols are dead, so they should stop. well saying oi was a sham 69 thing to do, and they're definitely dead. so why say oi? thats just looking at the other side of it.

p.s. before anyone jumps on my ass, i like sham 69. im not dissing them. thats what i call "seeing the other side."

I know you like Sham 69, but saying Oi! isn't dead because there are still so many Oi! bands out there. plus, I don't really say Oi unless I'm joking. sometimes I do...
