OK, xbox 360 is going away on holiday. hopefully it will return renewed, refreshed and in working order.
xbox customer support needs some better on-hold music. i imagined everyone in purgatory having a phone to their ear and listening to the same music waiting expectantly for someone to pick up on the other end and tell them everything has been taken care of. my heart went out to them even though i don't really believe in purgatory.
