hiya!
-Was in the office at work all week, which made for a pretty easy time of it. Had a lot of orders coming in after the show to keep us busy, but it's not really hard at all. So that was good.
-Thursday evening I went to the NEC after work to help break down the LION stand, which took us until about 9pm. That's fine, though - I've made about £100 just through overtime since last Sunday, which means I should be pleasantly surprised when I get paid next Monday. Hurrah for money.
-Have had a terrific weekend. On Friday night gave Andy a ring to see if he was back from Cardiff, which he was, and he came over and we hung out, and got ourselves a film to watch (Top Gun. Hardcore), and then spent a while playing guitar and piano a bit, and it was really nice. I love that kid. And Tears in Heaven is an amazing song.
-Yesterday I didn't really do anything until 4.30, at which point I went to work. Work was fine, just the same as usual. Faye and Jess were both in, so it all went quite quickly. After work I gave Faye a lift up town, and then watched Kissing Jessica Stein with Helen and Dad.
-Niamh is still the best person ever.
-Today, so far, have got up and had a Sunday Lunch, which was terrific - both the Rachels joined us, my sister and the one over the road, because her parents have gone away for a week. So that was nice.
-Just, well - is that maybe the shortest summary of a week ever, in this Journal? It's for two reasons - firstly, I can't be bothered to write anything long and involving, and secondly, I'd like y'all to actually read this, so I have to cut down. For now :D.
-Later - must get new batteries, and then I'll probably end up going to the pub for a few drinks with Rachel. You never know. In the meantime, hope you're all having a nice weekend. Enjoy Valentine's Day tomorrrow! ;)
