335: Why Andy--I mean Drew ;P--is Awesome...

I'm getting a promotion.

Okay, here's how it happened...
This morning I stopped by Deihl on my way to my first class (AICH), and Debra told me Andy wanted to talk to me. That is, Andrew Wallis, who is the professor who oversees the language lab. That is, the only other French professor other than Chirol. :P Anywho, after whatever it was about the headphones--I checked them all when I hooked them up, but I guess there have been problems; must remember to check them while I'm on--he says something about "climbing to a higher level in the administration".
At this point of course, I'm all like (inwardly), "Really? I'm gonna usurp Megan so soon! Move aside bitch!" But no, I'll just be right under her, though. Assistant Lab Monitor, whereas I guess Megan is the Student Overseer, and Debra is the main overseer. XD So, I guess that's makes me either the Overseer twice removed or someone's lackey...
Naturally, I am fully restraining myself, so I may have come off a little sarcastic, unfortunately. XD He changed the subject to what classes I was taking, though, so I think my acceptance was still clear... And I didn't mind getting to see his beautiful face and have his attention a bit--I always feel like we've never really talked or whatever, but apparently he knows my name, so... um, we've crossed paths then?
Haha. He calls me Drew. ;P
Anywho, Debra tells me we're actually gonna have a meeting for all the monitors/tutors, and anyone who doesn't show up is gonna be fired. Should be good, for all those folks that never show up (so annoying! but how I made myself look good enough for said promotion in comparison :P), and because we rarely see each other, anyway. Though, I know everyone and everyone knows me, because I'm always here anyway... Another factor is said promotion? ;P
Okay, I just wanna crow a bit. Me? Promoted? Me and Debra did the whole Miss America routine:
*waves* *smiles* *adjusts tiara* *trips over heels* Thank you, thank you!
