Those cement canals that drain into the river.
2. What the thing you push around the grocery store is called.
Cart.
3. A metal container to carry a meal in.
Lunchbox.
4. The thing that you cook bacon and eggs in.
Frying pan.
5. The piece of furniture that seats three people.
Couch.
6. The device on the outside of the house that carries rain off the roof.
Gutter.
7. The covered area outside a house where people sit in the evening.
Porch (or Patio).
8. Carbonated, sweetened, non-alcoholic beverage.
Soda.
9. A flat, round breakfast food served with syrup.
Pancakes.

In bites you can count on one hand. XP (Though when we were younger, those Pizza Hut commercials brainwashed us to eat the crust first, so I'm fond of that part, but last... those cheese-filled crusts were the best! ^_^)

Garage sale.

I don't know if it's better to have a basement on a flood plain or not, but most houses don't have them, they just have an empty space under there...*shrug*

Drinking fountain.

I have no idea... across the street? That corner over there? *shrug*

Faucet.
