A kouhai's question about one of Andy-sama's movies.
Konnichiwa, senpai-tachi! I'm new here, and my mother's a fan of Andy Lau-sama's movies. She's always been telling me about this one particiular movie, one she said she'd watched when I was five and hasn't been able to get off her mind ever since. She's been telling me she's always been waiting for it to show on TV again! Can you guys help me with this one? (^-^) Onegai?
Here's how it goes: Andy played a rich guy, where he was accidentally pushed by his girlfriend while they were on a yacht, and he was able to reach an island. There he met, and fell in love with a poor girl who happened to work in his office. He assumed a new identity as a poor fellow so that he can stay at the girl's house as a slave of the girl's mother who owns a small restaurant. He was given the name 'MAINLAND CHICKEN' by the mother. Haha-ue tells me it was a movie in the 90's, and it was usually played on our cable TV here in the Philippines.
My haha-ue's been raving about this movie for a few days now... She told me that she can't foget how much she liked it, however she did forget the title... (-_-)^ If anyone can answer this question of mine, that has been bugging my haha-ue for some time now, I'd be forever grateful to you. Onegaishimasu~! *bows very deeply*
