Well that was ugly.
I'm going to pretend that game tonight didn't happen. It's better that way.
And will people stop asking me about the damn fight already? I've fought more than once in my career, and I've done really well in almost all of them. I lose my footing ONCE, and get my visor caught on my head ONCE, and people are like "OMG CROSBY KICKED YOUR ASS."
I still hauled him down, I just couldn't get the punches in I wanted to because he knocked me off balance. And again, the VISOR cut me, not the kid.
Dammit.
Almost February. Almost been here for a full year. I think I'm getting used to it, finally. It's quite different than Calgary, though I do miss it there. Congrats to my buddies who made the ASG, good job, boys, you deserve it.

Happy Anniversary to the greatest thing that ever happened to me. I love you more than words can say, and can't imagine where I'd be without you. The last five years are the best five years in the history of anyone's life, and especially mine.
