i'm preoccupying myself from having to go downstairs to the fun barbeque! i can't wait to get back to my dorm because everything hasn't changed there. mostly due to the fact that i've been there for a week and things change over time, so maybe i'm avoiding change by changing everything absolutely. this makes sense i swear: i say i like change and i do, but not when it's something CHANGING. so as opposed to sticking with one thing and watching as it changes i'll switch altogether so i won't have to deal with whatever intimidating change the former whatever has become! my foot is a really weird color right now.
