(no subject)
It's beginning to look a lot like christmas... sort of.
I like christmas for the most part. Yes, sometimes it sucks, and yes, sometimes it gets me completely depressed for a whole slew of reasons, but at the same time it's christmas.. and who can't help being jolly?
Usually the day after Thanksgiving is the day where my house gets transformed into the north pole... this year is different. I have no tree, no stockings, no christmas cards taped to walls, no singing santas, little drummer boys, or fake winter towns sprawled across the mantle. The only christmas spirited thing is santa and his reindeer flying over my house outside. That would be my grandpa's doing. I miss the feelings that come along with those things. I hope they make an appearence soon.
I did my first bit of holiday shopping today. I purchased presents for my mom, grandma, alli, and my dad. And then I bought a pair of shoes at shoe carnival for me :-) . I couldn't help it all I own are sandals and I needed shoes to keep my toes from falling off during those cold winter months weeks.
Work has been fun, me and stephanie dance around in christmas dog collars and sing jingle bell rock and frosty the snowman. Oh how I love 94.9 during the month of december. Wednesday we are getting a whole bunch of cute puppies in soooo come and buy some!!! We are getting a pug, puggle, beagle, yorkie, llasa, two chihuahuas, a golden retriever, and a boston terrier. That's a whole lot of poop but at least only one big dog!!!!
