Wireless, bike adventure, and graduation party
Well, I'm all hooked up in my room, which makes me really happy. It took two visits and four calls to Comcast. I kinda hate them, but whatever. Now, I don't hafta be out of my room to go online and stuff. Hooray.
Friday night to Saturday morning was insane. Me, CJ, Alex, and Max started at CJ's and headed around Medford, behind the mall, and to the 24-hour CVS. From there, we crossed Mystic Ave and into Somerville and Davis Square. Them, to an awesome G-AP outside Harvard Square. It was really cool, bigger and taller than the ones in and around Medford. We chilled there for a while and we were planning an obstacle course when we were asked to leave by some lady. We biked to Harvard Square and into Harvard Yard. We saw this awesome fountain and I took some cool pictures of the water. Then....I got to lead the way. I took us past Mount Auburn Hosptial, through Cambridge, into Watertown, into Belmont, near Newton, and then got kinda lost. But it was pretty cool because almost no one was on the road. We kept going and I finally recognized where we were, just outside Belmont Center. We biked down the long ass Pleasant Street and took a left on Mass Ave. We biked up three mountains to get to Arlington Park. We were so exhausted and had to ration off the half ounce of Gatorade that Alex had. We tried to go down the slides but they sucked, so we swang....swung....swang. Then, two kids came and asked for a cigarette. CJ gave them some, thus completing a life goal. I was happy to be there for it. This guy and girl were tripping on shrooms. They were talking about how like, 50 kids with metal pipes were looking for a kid at the park and that if they found him, he probably got killed. Alex asked the girl if she ever did LSD and she said she wasn't sure, LOL. We took a picture and exchanged names and it was a grand old time. From there, we sped down the hills and I almost collided with CJ, just barely avoiding getting killed. We started laughing pretty hard when we realized that ALex, CJ, and Max all had really messed up hair from the wind going down the hill. CJ fell over and then took Alex's bike. He laughed really hard cause that bike is kinda awkward. I got in without anyone waking up.
Sunday, me, Shawn, and Catherine went to Elyse Traverse's party and were joined by Ryan and later by CJ. I saw some people I haven't seen in a while like Val, Sinead, Tim Gilligan, John Howard, Brittany for a few seconds, and some others. The food was really good and I got to reverse dunk on the basketball hoop cause it was at about 6 feet. At one point, Elyse's uncle or someone was like, "Hey Dad, remember when you used to say that?" and the grandfather was like "........UHHHH?!" and I tried really hard to not laugh. I told CJ immediately cause it was basically a poopy dumpy moment.
All in all, it was a pretty great weekend. This weekend should be fun too, with two graduation parties and the Father's Day.
