Sophia's is a terrifying place. For those of you who don't live in Greenwich, it's this little costume shop on Greenwich Ave. and it could be best described as a creepy grandmother's attic. And you're greeted at the door by a giant, intimidating bald gay man who was more than happy to take me upstairs and show me mustaches. Unfortunately, they didn't have the one I needed for Charlemagne. Oh well, the search continues.
I downloaded (I mean...bought?) the "Hairspray" soundtrack, and it's pretty freakin' good. Especially "The Legend of Ms. Baltimore Crabs." Michelle Pfeiffer, get in my pants.
I'm going to New Hampshire (right by Dartmouth) tomorrow to check out the magazine's printing press. I guess it'll be fun, 2 days away for a change. And we're staying in a pretty sweet hotel Wednesday night, so no complaints here.
