This entry is for my mother, who is probably the only one who reads these things.
I'm back at school after Thanksgiving break, and it's pretty miserable. I'm getting sick and I've got a million things to do and no time or motivation. But Thanksgiving was nice! I took the train home, and who should meet me at the station but Christina Mackenzie! After grabbing some coffee we sat up at her house and talked and laughed until four, and then got up the next morning and talked and laughed some more and then I went to my own house.
Mother and I went to get my hair cut, and I ended up doing my bangs, as well. I'm already used to them. People here are not. Anyway, Bekah came home on Thursday just in time for Thanksgiving dinner at Uncle Jim and Aunt Debbie's place. The whole fam was over and it was nice and funny and delicious.
The next day Miriam and Rebekah and I braved the stores, but they weren't that bad. I'm still knitting a lot. My kitten is precious.
AND NICOLE AND I WENT TO STARBUCKS. GEEEEEEEe
Yesterday Eric and I came back to Chicago to see Wilco play at the Auditorium Theater. There's no use in explaining the experience. You honestly must see them. It was loud and intense and beautiful and all I could do was beam and laugh and sing along. It topped my Wilco experience.
Now I'm here and it's no good.
