(no subject)
Today was my birthday, and it was a nice one. The big 2-0, you know. I received calls from several people, and about a million people posted on my facebook, which made me felt loved, if slightly overwhelmed. Opened some nice presents from my mother, went to dinner with my family, went to second dinner at Mongolian BBQ with Nicole and Ashley, and then Starbucks, naturally. Then Nicole and I came back to my house and watched Tempest because she's in heat. Lord, it's hilarious. Somebody get that cat a mate.
Nicole's gift to me was the vinyl version of Seven Swans, which is entirely appropriate as exactly two years from today I listened to Seven Swans for the first time. Once I find a working record player I'll try that pup out. It shall be glorious. Plus it came with a seven inch with two unreleased tracks on it.
Not much going on for the rest of the week. Maybe we'll meet up?
