YEah so things here are ok, John and I are really happy that the new recording software we got from Jeremy is actually quality shit. See we've been using Acid Pro 5.0 for the longest, and yeah Acid is really cool and all, but it became ever increasingly (and annoyingly I might add) obvious that Acid is geared more torwards Dj's and the likes because can make loop effects and other already processed music sound really good, but as far as recording actual instruments, the quality was less than desirable, and sorry, just cause we do black metal doesn't mean we're gonna have shitty quality recordings. So anyway now we have Magix Music Studio <3333 Which has many cleaning effects such as De-hiss and De-noise <3 times twenty, and a compressor! Fuckin A, I can make the guitars sound fucking AWESOME compared to the shit I could barely manage with Acid, fuck, the basic quality without any Equilization on Music studio is exactly the quality Acid gave us after hours of equing and trying to get the noise gate to actually do what it's supposed to and having to sacrifice alot. So to apologize once again for delays, recording will re-commence soon, and I this time I'm not gonna promise any dates or anything, cause schedule is pretty retarded lately so who knows, but sometimes before next year we'll have it haha.
Oh yeah, we're selling my car, cause a big body car with a 308 5.0 liter isn't exactly a good car to drive with gas prices as they are. I'll be sorry to see it go, but my mom wants to work with me in getting me something else. I really haven't been even driving my car actually, I've been taking my mom's Honda CRV cause it has reaally good gas mileage, and I'd rather take her to work in the mornings and shit and then go to work, and pay for the gass that way then pay with my soul for gas in my car. I told my mom that I really want a chevy s10 blazer and I can't really explain why, and I think I could a reasonably priced one the way I want it..so yeah. Just gotta wait and see what happens.
Oh yeah I've been listening to alot of Alice and Chains again haha and some old Stone Temple Pilots thanks to GTA san andreas. Man these used to be my favorite bands back when I was in like 5th grade I remember how I'd just jam the tapes I had of them until they just stopped playing back. I still like the old songs too haha and oddly enough remember all the lyrics. goes to show that good music never gets old.
