Lol, old metal music.

This morning I woke up with some random Cradle of Filth song stuck in my head. I remembered enough lyrics to determine that it was "Dusk and Her Embrace," from the similarly titled CD. This evening I pulled it up online and listened to it. I had forgotten that about two minutes in, there is this riff that sounds an AWFUL lot (and if you skim this and misread that as "this riff that sounds AWFUL," that's perfectly OK) like the Meow Mix jingle. I pointed it out to Garrett. He lol'd. Then I decided to google "dusk and her embrace sounds like meow mix" to make sure I'm not the only one who noticed that.

Turns out I'm not. Roflcakes.

I really wish those guys sucked less.
