I've been on a self-imposed Twitter and Facebook exile all day, as well as avoiding any kind of entertainment news website, because I don't want to spoiled about the winners of The Amazing Race: Unfinished Business before I can watch it tonight. It's making me realise just how addicted I am to all of these things; I'm practically twitching right now.

This finale had better be worth it...
