new job. new house. new new new.
Well here I sit for yet another weekend of dog sitting marie's doggggg. This time, not such annoying circumstances.
So i successfuly moved into my new apartment last saturday. My parents even came down and helped. Alot. pretty nifty. So far I've been there for just under a week, and I'm in love. the place is great. I love being alone. I'm a weeee bit low on cash, seeing as how the move took way more money then i thought. booo to that!
I started the new job on Monday. I had to be in downtown minneapolis at 8:30 AM on the 13th floor of some dumb star building. It wasn't as scary as I thought it was going to be... and I have to go back three times next week, and two more times the week after that. Otherwise, I've been at my actual work site (see pictorials) three other days this week, and it's been an easy switch. I remember it felt like it took months or two to get 'into' barnes and noble... ehh.. I'm just putting forth the effort to speak with everyone, and introduce myself. I'm even making fun of customers and other tellers, so I'd say I'm getting comfy fast.
The only down side is the whole professional thing. and no piercing's? rawrrrr.
My school just called me a few hours ago and so I got to speak with them about my circumstances. Looks like I won't be started classes until the end of January. Which is helpful considering the moving/new job situation. And I can take night classes. Double awesome. Now that I have moved and switched jobs I'm a bit less excited to start... all this new stuff at once is making my head spin. booo hoooo. Hopefully by the time I get started with school I'll be as excited as I was before. MINUS the tuition increase for the new year. boo to you.
So I have a suprise visitor for the weekend, which makes me wish I didn't have to work on Saturday. gross. (interperatation: I'm really glad God's blessed me with a new awesome job!) this is not a complaint.
Life is fairly simply right now for the most part. I have one lil' thing that's thrown into the mix, but I keep pushing it aside, cause I don't want it to cause any problems... but i suppose it will surface at some point. Until then, my blindfolds on tight.
