Also, boys confuse me. Not that that's a new phenomenon or anything.
So, after church tonight, there was like a fundraising "come and eat dinner" thing to raise money for something or other.
This guy, Myles, (who, by the way, used to have a crush on me when I was in Year 12 - he was in Year 11, which was the same time that I liked him, but never had the guts to tell him because I'm totally romantically inept, but let's not get into THAT, and he didn't tell me because he was... I don't know. But the point is, we both liked each other at the same time, and how often does that happen? I mean, to me, anyway?) was there, and he was eating (I wasn't, cause we had food at home) and we were kind of having this staring competition, but we never really "announced" it, we just kind of started staring at each other, and it was... I dunno... let's just say, there was tension, for lack of a better word. He won. Four times, because I can't keep a straight face, and because he was making me nervous. Like, almost stomach-flutter-y nervous. *le sigh*
Then when me and Claire were leaving, I hugged Shantelle & Tiff goodbye. Then went to say goodbye to Myles, (and this is weird becuase normally he's all huggy and "BYE HAYLEY!!!" and well, hugs me for no reason) So:
Me: "Bye Myles"
Him: "Oh, are you leaving?"
Me: "Yeah."
and he just looks at me for a moment, then
Him: "Bye."
then turns back to Shan & Tiff. Is that weird or is it just me over-analysing things?
