First up, my new job? Is fantastic. Ohmygosh, I love it. It's so so fun.
And the other girls there are lovely.
I worked Wednesday, & Thursday, I'm working Friday & Saturday, and then a bunhc more days in the following weeks. So, it's still casual, but I'm actually getting shifts. Yaiy. :) Money for Hayley.
Oh, and I have to ring customers and tell them that their book is in the store, and I have to ring 2 Michaels, 1 Sarah, and there was an S. Hollander. LOL.
Oh, the manager, Karen, thinks that I'm great. :) YAIY! And she said that it was like I'd already been working there for weeks, ON MY FIRST DAY. I'm so proud of me. *g*
And I get to take home some books to read and then bring them back once I'm done, and maybe write one of those little "This book is great" things that they have up in the store. Yaiy. I have The Memory Keeper's Daughter with me, and I'm reading it as soon as I'm done with The Time Traveler's Wife. :)
Which reminds me, I am absolutely in love with The Time Traveler's Wife. *le sigh* I'm up to page... I'm not sure, but it's le Femmes concert. Yeah. And I only started on Sunday. So, that's about 175 pages or so.
What else? Nothing much, actually.
And finally, this:
