god why are these fucking people so fucking STUPID?! Tell me WHY..when I tell them TWO days ago..that yes..anytime Saturday is fine to send a tech out..they call me... my phone is OFF in the mornings..okay..so um... they call 3 times between like 7am and 10am...and they're finally all like "We're going to need you to call back and reschedule.." they give me a DISCONNECTED number... so I'm pissed..beyond pissed, so I have to scroll through my phones contact list, find comcast's fucking number, and its my name on the account..so they'll only talk to me..so I have to get up out of bed and fucking call these idiots.
So dude was all confused...and tells me "someone will call you back in 15 minutes maam" um.. I'M STILL WAITING.
