so. it's been a while since i posted to this thing. Updates all around are in order! i don't think anyone really reads this, but it makes me feel cool anyways. hah! So, down to business....
School is intense. I can finnnaallly see the light at the end of the tunnel! graduation! Not this semester, but soon, very soon. Then i'll finally be able to move on from trader joes. that will be something!
I'll have been sober for a year come june. Personally, i think that is quite amazing.. i'm counting my birthday as the official year mark. After getting over the whole idea of not having a "release", i'm really into just being sober. It's been a really positive change in my life. Not to mention, all the money and time i have to do other things. Other things...
I'm getting into the raw denim thing. Cruised out to selfedge the other day (www.selfedge.com) and picked up a pair of "skull jeans by an alchemist". ooo.. their nice. Pretty slim, probably the skinniest pair of jeans i've ever had. Especially with the rigidity, they look pretty slim. They should break in and be perfect though... i really hope the waist comes out about an inch. They have this rad Ed Hardy rip-off label, totally unauthorized. If they blow up here in the states i'm sure they will get rid of it.. collectors item perhaps?
The art is going well.. except for a total lack of time and space to work. When i finally get into a 1 bedroom i'll be able to set up a small art studio type area hopefully. And get messssy! woo. I'm planning on starting a new series soon that will be significantly cheaper than my other stuff.. for the children! haha.. but yeah, new paintings on cheaper surfaces to bring down the price. Gotta get my name out there to sell real stuff.
I want a fixed gear bike.. that'll probably be the next thing i save for. maybe next paycheck...
