tired posts. it should be saturday again
just got back from DFW from a colorguard event. basically left last night, drive drive drive... ooo.. pretty lights, why are we slowing down? o, cop.. ticket (not me, my pisshead) drive drive drive, nap, drive, present colors, drive, visit pisshead's buddy, drive drive drive.. at least in the last couple of drive drives i got to sleep some. and we sang rent songs! :) well, one of my pissheads.. the others kinda looked at us weird, but twas fun :)
weekend was good, got to see my dad.
recruiting trip last friday, i've decided i need minorities around me to feel comfortable. too many white people are scary... o.0
saturday i went out to habitat for humanity.. awesome times actually. A little angered at my ol' lady who thought i was retarded for coming back early and not staying in white people central to party and instead coming back to be with my class and outfit for an outfit activity, but eh. the feeling of accomplishment and warm cuddlys from the project was pretty awesome. my buddies worked on fencing the entire time.. i built a fence!!! this amazes me, and i think its awesome.
drove to killeen with my little waglette to see my daddy. he seems better, so i'm relieved. went dancing that night with peoples.. i heart the group at area 51.. there's something to be said for the club being so small. Went outside after i couldn't dance anymore and talked to regulars and watched the fights start. whee drama i'm not involved in and that makes me giggle.. highlighters!! :D
danced some more monday. (i heart dancing) pretty lights everywhere, stayed out far too late, but it was worth it.
