lazy dragons and jell-o!
so... where to start.. marp.
weekend. was. weekend. basically all i can say about that. it was a great time, i'm just still in the recovery haze of it so don't ask me that right now :P
major event this weekend was lazy dragon con, and it went basically exactly like what you'd imagine it'd be like, well, if you know lazy dragon that is :P much happy debauchery >.<
Didn't actually get to the con until around three a.m. or so saturday morning cuz I didn't get picked up till quite late, but that was no ones fault. DId leave my day free to go riding to Salado with Ted (whee motorcycles! whee shopping-ish! whee ice cream!! :D ) which was awesome fun. Got to the con and surprisingly didn't actually pass out first thing in the hotel room but eh. Did sleep (yes Ted, it does happen) and then pimped out aggiecon with the dealers and whatnot at LDC. I heart these dealers, most of them are totally fabulous people and I actually already knew a few of them from various other cons and aggiecon (gawd.. i think I've been to too many of these things.. i can't even pretend not to be a nerd anymore..) Me and Whitney got on radio, haha! well, internet streamed radio, but an awesome group from california, justiceradio. I'm ridiculously happy about the publicity that aggiecon is getting through this past weekend, see, I do do my job!! well.. not that my job is publicity, but hey, one of the duties of any officer i think. Did get a new special program idea, one that takes absolutely no work from me, which is a great plus in my book :P (i do my job, i'm just lazy at it. hehe)
Umm.. this post is actually being written in two sittings since I started typing it and realized nothing i was writing was making any sense so i came back to it later, and now I'm trying to remember everything that i wanted to put down.. which is why it's so very disjointed. all in all though, a great weekend, i can finally walk around again, i think I'm still going to be slightly freaked out at the texture of apple-sauce for a while :P (yeah, that's part of the weekend some of you don't need that many details on, some of you though.. hehe.. i'll tell you later if you ask me nice ;)
so yeah.. that's about it, now my mind is somewhere quite different so i'm leaving this post before it takes a mental nose-dive and go back to reading. hearts and love~
