I really am bad at this
I keep intending to post more. And yet I fail.
I've been fairly busy lately with condo things. I close tomorrow, so today was about paying off the lawyer and signing about a million papers. It's distinctly possible he threw the deed to my soul in there and I signed it away, but I'll never miss it.
This weekend I paint the bedroom, and test all the appliances to make sure they work. Then I have cleaners coming next Friday morning, and Friday evening I will go through and do anything they missed. Then Saturday I move. So much fun. And I'm ever so good at carrying heavy things.
Didn't do much else this summer except a quick visit to DC to see friends and the Maryland Renaissance Festival. I'm not going to NY for my birthday this year because I have no more money. So I'm around for that for a change. Maybe I'll even do something. I think that something should involve cake.
And my doctor's solution for my habitual dizziness is still "eat more salt". Really, unless I buy shares in a sushi restaurant I'm not sure how much more salt I can eat. Somehow this seems rather unlike a solution, but oh well.
Sometime soon I will need a trip to Ikea. Need more lighting. And that is the most involved plan I have for the near future. Boy, did I get boring. Someone find me something to do (that costs no money!)
