This is the one thing that I can't accept. This is a deal breaker for me. Your religion does not give you the freedom to take away another person's rights. It's amazing to me that this country is founded on FREEDOM. FREEDOM of religion. FREEDOM of speech. But not all of us are free to marry the ones we love. Not all of us can claim our loved one's belongings after they have passed on. I really just need to know why the hell it matters. PLEASE TELL ME HOW IT IS GOING TO AFFECT YOU AND YOUR GOD IF MY LOVED ONES ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS AS EVERYONE ELSE!?! Child molesters can still get married. Murderers can get married. Don't be on the wrong side of history. If you don't think it's right, I suppose that is your business. Just don't expect me to have any respect for you after you voice your opinion. It's fear and hate. I don't have room for that in my life. Neither should you.
