It's hard being this awesome!
We bought a car this week. 2008 Honda CR-V w/ 7K miles on it. Super excited! It's got awesome safety ratings for it's class. It's a good size for our family. It will be a nice road trip car. It will also make a nice drive-in theater car. YAY! I also recently discovered that there is a drive-in theater in Mooresville. We will be heading there soon. I <3 drive-ins. I haven't been to one since I was 15. That's 12+ years ago. :( WOW. Time just goes.
Friday we went out to Los Rancheros with Sarge and Amanda. Then we went over to Legends for $1 drafts. Every other weekend my parents keep the boys for a night for us. It's awesome and we are spoiled rotten. Yesterday we had a Wii party. I'm so stoked to have friends that are cool and have kids the same age as our kids. I think one of the biggest adjustments for me being a parent was the fact that none of my friends had kids. They would still call, but I can't go out the way I used to be able to. Now we can have fun get togethers for us and the kiddos.
My life is sweet. I'm a lucky girl.
