So why am I still at my job?? That's a really good question right now... let's backtrack for a moment, shall we??
Scene I - Saturday night, 7:15pm @ place of employment.
Supervisor to me: Would you like a 12 top?
Me: *hesitation*
Sup.: They're German.
Me: *hesitation* Yeah, sure.
(time passes)
Clock: 1:17am
Me: Finally, I can get out of here, grab a few hours of sleep, and hopefully be back in time for 6am. Woowoo!! Only out of here 3 hours late!!
Scene II - home
Clock: 2:45am
Me: *crawls into bed and sets alarm*
(time passes)
Clock: 6:47am
Me: *wakes up to find that she is late and picks up the phone*
Me: *into the phone* Yeah, I'm sorry I'm late, I just woke up.... I overslept, never left there till almost 1:30 this mornin.... I had a 12 top. *click*
Scene III - place of employment @ 7:15am on Sunday
Me: Sorry I'm late.
Manager: What time did they get sat, 10pm?
Me: No, about 7:15.
Manager: What time did they leave?
Me: About 1.
Manager: Okay. Adults take care of their responsibilities, if you don't think you can make it here for 6am, you need to let me know.
Me: I thought I could be here for 6. I'm sorry.
Manager: If this happens again, I'm going to have to take extreme actions.

Okay, how f*cking stupid is this?? You can't cut someone some slack b/c they just took care of a table very well the night before.. you're going to jump on someone b/c they just brought in over $500 in sales into the restaurant. *shakes her head* This just frustrates me...
And then today... *sighs* I almost walked out. This crap just got deeper and deeper till finally we hit the eye of the storm around 2pm. We just got hammered all thruout the business today, and we were all stressed.
So why am I still there?? Probably b/c it pays the bills.. *sighs*
