Eco & Silent (Quiet) Lawnmower-??!!

For example, I found out that 'push mowers' exist!! - silent (or very quiet), eco-friendly, & cheap!
(you don't have to buy gas or electricity! - or pay heavy gym fees to work out!)

The gas mowers (ours & the neighbours'!) have really irritated & annoyed me for a long time!!
I am no Arnie (Schwarzenegger) so that would be the only concern here.. (I can tell Dad would say, 'You mow then' as he does always if I criticize his loud beast of a gas mower, or the neighbours'!)
I wonder if it's doable for people with iffy back to mow with those, & exactly what type of (small) noise it makes.. apparently a bit scissors-like... :)
Okay, I've listened to it a bit on YouTube (there are videos on this! YAY!!) - & it's not exactly 'silent' - but seems much more tolerable (even if shot up close) than nasty gas guzzlers!
