No Happy Endings Paper
The class and I just turned in our thrird paper for the semester after going through the past two weeks over short stories. The story I have seleceted to go over with my paper was Happy Endings by Margaret Atwood I enjoyed this short story mainly because of the style it was written in. I wasnt really to familliar of the style that the story was written in but it reminds me of the Goosebumbs novels that let choose your own fate flipping back in forth through the whole novel, I guess that why I enjoyed it so much. My main thesis was about regarding all the deaths throughout the short story and explaing why all deaths in life are really not happy. In this story it talks about how the all endings are the same and it all ends with death and theres nothing about it because its all the same for everyone on the world. The author brings out from the story that life is all about the beginning and that is the most intersting part and its the whole plot to our life. With my paper I lead with diffrent conclusions of how people accept death, even though with all the beliefs people may have and how people think of death it will always be sad. In one of my main paragrahs I discuss religon and it connects with death and what people think happens to the person after the their loved one has died either it be going to heaven or reincarnating. I really enjoyed working on this paper and learned how to strengthen my points.
