The day after tomorrow Vladimir Putin's birthday. The Russian president, the “Supreme Ruler” turns 64 years old. Look what Vladimir Putin got for his birthday. By that date, the company Caviar has released a limited edition Putin iPhone 7 with a 30 microns gold plating portrait of the head of the state. Coincidentally, a total of only 64 units of premium Putin iPhone 7 will be sold.
What is the connection between an iPhone 7 & Putin?

The new iPhone from the Caviar (and the company has long been engaged in the sale of luxury gadgets) is in the deepest trend of recent foreign policy events - even the name The Supremo Putin Damascus the Gold make some sense.

This has already led to the fact that for 16 years the country is actually run by one man - Vladimir Putin.

Only 64 lucky people will buy this phone for 207,000 rubles = $3,318.98. The model is implemented in a combination of bulk gold elements and a unique pattern of "Damascus steel."
What is the relationship between Damascus steel and Putin iPhone 7?

Damascus steel was a type of steel used for manufacturing sword blades in the Near East. These swords are characterized by distinctive patterns of banding and mottling reminiscent of flowing water.
The steel is named after Damascus, the capital city of Syria. It may either refer to swords made or sold in Damascus directly, or it may just refer to the aspect of the typical patterns.

The original method of producing Damascus steel is not known. Modern attempts to duplicate the metal have not been entirely successful due to differences in manufacturing techniques and raw materials. The reputation and history of Damascus steel have given rise to many legends, such as the ability to cut a hair falling across the blade or to cut through a rifle barrel. Such blades were reputed to be tough, resistant to shattering and capable of being honed to a sharp, resilient edge.

Here's the quote from the description of the phone: "In the center of the composition - a portrait of the President, performed with photographic accuracy and details, and enclosed in a 30 microns gold plating circle with the name of the President."

Then, the 30 microns gold plating Russian Empire State coat of arms and the phrase, the president said in the address to the Federal Assembly, and immortalized in gold plating:

"We will respond to all the challenges! Let us work for the good of Russia."

Collection Caviar The Supremo Putin, the Gold of Black Edition, is (black titanium released to the 63rd anniversary of Putin - though it is unclear how the guys from Caviar managed last year to release the Putin iPhone 7) - is already completely sold out. And this phone is worth "only" 189 thousand ($3,030.38).
