Al's Comics Sketch-A-Thon and RentFest this Saturday, Dec. 15

First Annual "Al's Comics Holiday Sketch-a-thon and RentFest"

Imagine an Alternate Universe where comicbook collectors have no Al's Comics..

Perhaps the space at 1083 Market is filled by a trendy free-range dress shop or it's the campaign headquarters for some oily & villainous parvenu seeking political office...

YOU can prevent this chilling premise from becoming a reality.

Join some of the Bay Area's cartoonists and illustrators as they sit around drawing and making stuff just for YOU.

Need a personalized holiday card with Green Lantern on it? Just ask.

Want your girlfriend's face on Princess Leia's slave-girl outfit? You're covered.

Do your kids whine that you can't draw The Hulk? We'll make it and let you sign your name to it.

Sliding scale art from $5.00 to $50.00 -based on scope of illustration

All proceeds go to Al's Comics to ensure this San Francisco icon's continued existence.

Guest artists include regular Al's Comics customers Steve "Fables" Leialoha, Michael "Cheap City" Capozzola, Justin "True Travel Tales" Hall, Shaenon "Narbonic" Garrity, and Andrew "William Bazillion" Farago.
