Yay! Many congrats!
The crib does indeed sound very handy. And slings I can certainly testify to being greatly useful. That looks like the kind that's effectively a huge long scarf with some cunning tricks to tie it into the appropriate shapes?

It is indeed. Yesterday we worked out how to use it to put Sophia in a seated position on our fronts, and it was really simple.

Photo no. 4 has a facial expression for you that I remember all-too-well doing myself (simultaneous joy, exhaustion and terror).
