By which they mean a third of a quarter, so a twelfth.

Good point. That's not nearly as bad. (Although still not good)

The obvious solution is to only allow men to do housework or other home-based work, where they will not see anyone, and will therefore not be distracted. Women, who are presumably mostly not distracted by other women, can then do all work that takes place outside the home.

I also totally agree with the article on cultural appropriation.
