Note that only 20% thought the rEU would agree to Theresa May's demands.

Also: "Remain voters tended to think it was wrong to leave the single market and were split over the customs union." You what? How can you like the single market more than the customs union? The level of illiteracy about basic European concepts continues to be staggering.

There does seem to be a staggering array of problems people think leaving the EU will magically fix.

One suspects they're going to be disappointed.

But I'm certain the politicians and the media will just continue to blame the EU for everything, even when we're not in it anymore.

OK, but these were Remain voters. And they nonetheless thought "the Single Market, with its four freedoms and common regulations and all of that stuff: yes we like it" and at the same time "the customs union that means we don't have inspections of lorries at the ports? Not too sure about that".

How? How can you think that?

I just don't know anymore. I mean I know understanding EU stuff isn't easy, amidst the cloud of ignorance and disinformation. But. Yeah. I just don't know.
