That Doom graphics stuff is almost literally like magic to me. Such is my lack of understanding and awe at just how on earth they do it.

Facebook claims not to be a media company. It certainly isn't. It's undertaken to do the job of one, but doesn't have the slightest idea of what's involved in the task.
