Also: the thing about teacher training scares me a little because it's something I want to do fairly soon. I suspect being a teacher is a bit like being a parent: there are always going to be people lining up to tell you how you're Doing It Wrong, so even if you spend all your time reading every available source you'll still get it wrong. Oh well.

Warren is obviously the worst person on Buffy. So creepy, so cruel and completely unaware of how awful he is, so very realistic.

I agree. Deep fried Mars Bar, however, is definitely something that should only be tried once.

I had a deep fried mars bar once (when I was living in Edinburgh) and I was very impressed.

What's not to love is that when bought in a chippie it comes with chips and they then plaster it with salt and vinegar (or salt'n'sauce depending on which side of Falkirk you reside).

Odd. The last time I bought one it was in a chippie in central Edinburgh and came with a little raspberry sauce on the side, no chips, and no salt, vinegar, or brown sauce at all...

iirc we took our own mars bars into the chippie and they deep-fried them ...

really can't remember exactly where but I don't remember either chips or raspberry sauce.

think I had better visit Edinburgh again sometime soon and do a little more sampling!
