Context for the first one - The Shocking Truth about the Five Second Rule.
Context for the second one - this plan to use roaming while inside the country.
The roaming plan makes sense to me - if I can't get a signal because my operator isn't willing to put up a mast then I should be able to use another mast - and my operator should pay for it. If this costs them more than putting up a mast would, then they'll put up a mast, otherwise they'll pay for carriage. Either way around it seems like an efficient solution. Am I missing something?
