A "trio of new young leads" is a really bad sign.

As opposed to what, dragging Hamil, Fisher, and Ford back in front of the camera? Recasting their roles with twentysomething actors a la Star Trek?

To get rid of the prequel burn they'd be smart to have hamil, fisher and ford have big roles in the first film and then use that to introduce new characters.

Naah, they're never going to do that.

For a start, I don't think people really want to see _old_ Hamill, Fisher and Ford pulling an Indy IV.

We'll get new characters, and some cameos from old characters to anchor things a bit.

I want to see Ford's Dumbledore Beard.

If we were talking about other actors, I might agree, but this particular trio is about the most inauspicious group of actors you could put on screen. Fisher has pretty much given up acting and Hamil showed himself to be a flash in the pan years ago. But both of them pale next to Ford, who has spent the last ten years curdling into a curmudgeonly old man who is the exact opposite of Han Solo's charisma and exuberance. Just the thought of him trying to embody that role again breaks my heart.

Ford could try acting I suppose.

But, yes, not auspicious group of actors.

But that's why it would be so awesome!
