So I was asleep. Now I am awake. Not much else to it.
So first off thanks to everyone who sent their condolences to me after my last post regarding my grandmother.
So yeah, what has been up with me. Football has ended for the year. We lost in the play-offs. While the team didn't do all that great by looking at the stats, I think there were a lot more positives than not. Considering the majority of out team was grade 9's and 10's playing teams entirely of grade 11's, there was some real good stuff. While I am enjoying the fact I can get home earlier now, we have already started working on next year. I am creating the new playbook and every Monday I have guys in the gym lifting weights and running. It is informal at this point until after Christmas.
What else, the first term ended, I got all my portions of the report cards in. My kids did very well I feel. Although I do expect a bit of a drop of, especially in math as we start hitting some of the harder stuff, polygons, circles and then into algebra. Designs for the science fair have started, the kids basically have a free reign so it will be interesting what they can come up with. Should be good.
hmmm, not much else going on really. Was busy with marking and such, but now that report card marks are in, there is less of that to do. Just taking it easy I guess.
Oh yes, it is true. The Blue Man Group do very much rock.
