the luck that wouldn't run out
so i spent my entire lunch break (plus i was an hour late getting back to work) going over to the bvg to show them my valid transportation pass for the month of december only to end up having to pay the 40 EUR after all (which i could have easily done with an online bank transfer). apparently, what the guy told me was absolutely wrong. of course i could have been more sly about it when i went there, but then the guy should have told me to be more careful. either way. they're all bitches! i was sooo pissed. i literally threw my 50EUR bill at the guy behind the counter. have cooled off a bit now. but it still irks me. my only consolation is trying not to think about it as 40EUR down the drain, but looking on the bright side. afterall. it's just 10EUR less worth of calories i will be consuming from alcohol per week this month, right???
