Sick and Tired
Not in the metaphorical sense... but this past week knocked me right out. I have a wicked head cold probably the worse that i've had in recent memory. Usually I don't let a cold get me down but I have basically been bedridden for the past 2 days. I am just now getting over it. This past week has been pretty fun filled we had a couple of late nights. Tuesday night we went to the wheat sheaf and then to fynn's and then took the 24 hour bus home I didn't get in until about 4 am. I went to work for the afternoon of the next day. Then it was business as usual for the rest of the week. Friday I was supposed to have a vacation day but I went into work for a bit anyways this is when I started to feel sick. Probably because the night before we went to Niagara falls to check out the Casino (I didn't gamble) and we didn't get back into town until 7 am... But the Casino is awesome. I will definitely be going back there at some point when I have money I can afford to lose. (5 dollar chips on the roulette table ... wow). I have taken a few pictures this week. All I know is that the next month and a half are going to be crazy between people coming to visit and my holiday days. Dad is coming this week. I am going to pick up some sheets on friday for my hide a bed and let dad take my regular bed.
Sunday night I went out for beers with Uncle Stewart it was alot of fun even though my focus was just on staying conscious and trying not to sneeze or snot over everyone. It was good to see him and listen to some radio folk talk about what is going on.
Anyways ... this weekend was pretty uneventful on account of being sick hopefully next weekend will be some more fun.
The first one is of the falls... I didn't get any real great pictures obviously at 1 am the lighting isn't ideal for pictures of the falls.
Here are some pictures of the view from my apartment. You can still see that the leaves are green... and probably the only tree in toronto is right outside my window. Enjoy ...
