I keep thinking I should post something, unable to decide if it should be pictures, or a pointed editorial, or an excerpt from the update emails I've been getting from my NGO about the situation, or what.
I think mostly I just want to say, please, please, please... just THINK of Lebanon, today. Just think of Gaza and Israel and Lebanon. Please remember that these things are happening; and please remind ME not to forgot.
I had friends who visited Lebanon this year; they showed me pictures of them playing in the snow by the cedars, and racing with their new friends, women in wheelchairs, down Beirut streets. I had really, really been wanting to visit Lebanon. Today Israel's government is bombing runways and roads and villages...
