I'm going to paint a scenario for you. Imagine you're somewhere and you get this feeling -- a feeling that you are surrounded by the shadows or ghosts of legends. For example, Steve, imagine you moved into Jeff Scheel's former home. You'd feel his presence there still, in a way. Anyway, I got that feeling the moment I stepped into the dressing room at Pops and onto the stage later that night. It was overwhelming. Scarlet Whore stood where so many legends have stood before them, sat on the same couch as their idols, pissed in the same toilet, everything. It was incredible. The show went amazing. Lots of people came out (for those of you that didn't, you really missed out, I'm sorry to say). We 'won' with ticket sales and were played live on the Point. Also, look out for a live CD or some live tracks from the Pops show. They must use ProTools, because I hear it sounds awesome. The whole night felt like we were standing in the shadows of legends.

The Cardinals are up 1-0 against the LA Dodgers. 1 game down, 10 to go before we taste the sweet sweet goodness of a World Series championship. It's delightful. Postseason baseball in St. Louis, there's nothing like it.
I actually don't have a lot to bitch about, suprisingly.
Saw Ladder 49 the other day. Can you say 'great movie'. I can. Except it was so incredibly sad. I'm biased in saying it's a great movie because I vow to bed Joaquin Phoenix one day. He is so tasty looking. Anyway, it was sad. And yes, I'm secure enough with my hardcoreness to admit that I shed a tear or two. Granted, I wasn't bawling like Posch, but I teared up.
The night before that, we saw A Dirty Shame...SEE THIS MOVIE. It is the most over the top, overly sexual (without being porn) movie I've ever seen. John Waters is god. I plan on getting the DVD.
Speaking of DVDs, I got SNL's Best of Christopher Walken. It's incredible. Makes me want more cowbell everywhere I go.
Anyway, my dinner is done, so I shall leave you all now.
