i'm going to go ahead and... COUNT IT!
Ok so one of the most random, but fun weekends of my life... Thursday was wine tasting at the bob. I had class until 3, my pre-test out for med administration - it went well... i made a few mistakes but it was a good learning experience. After that I met up with Kristen and we went shopping at Woodland - so many things I wanted to buy, but when one is living off student loans there isn't a whole lot of room to buy cute dresses and shoes... so i refrained. We went to Christine's and got ready a little then headed to the Bob. Quite a few sisters came so that was fun. We didn't really learn a ton about wine, but it was still a good time. Needless to say were a little tipsy by about 8:00 pm... a good start to the night. After the Bob we went to McFadden's where there were $2 drinks all night!! Loves it. I had a good time with sisters, since so many came out. We ended up going home by like 12, i was asleep by 1... cashed out!
Friday I had to get up at 8 a.m. for class... served. Luckily Christine lives like 0.2 seconds from school so I rolled in dirty... I wasn't mad about it. I went to my clincal orientation - which is going to by a TON more work than what I thought. I thought it was just going to be a nice time in the hospital... wrong on that one. There are papers, modules, home visits etc to do on top of all the regular work that I am already doing now! Oh well it will be interesting!!! After that we went out to Applebee's for lunch for Christine's birthday!! yay! Kath and I had to send some faxes so we went to officemax, and had a little bitchy asian for our cashier. I tried to slip her a fake penny - that obvi someone had given to me, it was like play money, but she was not about to fall for that shit! i am so mature! haha. anyway then we went to gordon's to get some stuff for our little bbq planned for Saturday. We got home and Kath and I cashed out for a few, we were pretty tired from the night before... We finally pulled ourselves together and got ready to head to the Bob.
Me, Christine, Kathy, Brit and Alyssa all headed to the Bob for some dinner first... well they ate dinner, i drank martinis... and some other random drinks. I ended up taking a little vaca in the bathroom for awhile... had some water, pulled it together, rallied if you will... and was ready to go again. Meantime kath, X and Alyssa met some golfers who were in town from cali for a tournament... I saw a guy I had met the night before so I talked to him for awhile... I was at the bar about to get another water and a man from Turkey asked me to dance... naturally I said sure and needless to say we had some good times. The next morning I get a call from X saying that they needed to be picked up from the Amway - wtf who meets golfers and stays at the Amway - crazy bitches!! So pretty much all day Saturday was a re-cap about our wonderful night Friday night. We got ready for the BBQ and finally sisters came over around 7. Quite a few sisters came so of course it was a good time... i am pretty sure they were sick of us re-capping Friday night... but when one has a night like we did Friday it is just a necessesity that a re-cap must follow. Saturday I was pretty much cashed by about 12... we had some good times reminiscing about college life - damn we were crazy... but we sure do know how to have a good time. good memories. Karp and Molly stayed the night Saturday night - again good times good times. I am sooooo excited for Molly's birthday extravaganza!!! Gear up for some sweet times! we went out to breakfast/lunch sunday afternoon - since we didn't even get up until 1... and then headed home.
that was one crazy weekend.
