Sleeping-patterns and how hard it is to get them back in order.

I AM AWAKE! Which really shouldn't feel as much of an acomplishment, but it does. I was trying to get back to sleeping at night, walking at day, but my stupid body refused to fall asleep. Last night I was growing more and more annoyed after two hours since going to bed passed and I was still awake. I got up, opened the window, walked around, did few easy exercises, read a book 'till it got cold in the room - tried to fall asleep again. Miracles of miracles, sometime after another half an hour passed, I was asleep.

And now I've managed to awake, when I planned and when my alarm clock went off. And I actually got up instead of rolling on the other side and going back to sleep. (Tempting as it was.) And it's really insanely mood-lifting to accomplish something scheduled ahead, even so small. And now I'm slightly sleepy, 'cause in the end I slept less than six hours, which is not exactly enough for me, but I will manage to fight it off and hopefully go to sleep at some sane hour tonight. :D

And this post is rather pointless, but I felt really proud of myself. And you should be glad I've managed to fall asleep, because my bored brain kept on thinking of the most ridiculous things it'd like to tell you. You marginally avoided a very deep and long post about hugs. ;)

i want sleep, sleep what is sleep, im awesome, i did it
