Title: Guests, like fish, begin to smell after three days.
Author: andrea_deer.
Characters/Pairing(s): Jared/Jensen, Jared/Misha/Jensen.
Rating: PG-13. (Sorry, the porn run to other fics in the verse hoping I’ll be able to write it when I’ll get to them.)
Warnings: not realistic non-au, threesome, some angst in this part, some fluff too, slightly emo!jensen.
Spoilers/Timeline: Sometime during shooting 5th season, I guess. But since I’m alternating theirs lived here and not yet mentioning SPN, it doesn’t really matter.
Summary: Misha was supposed to drop by from time to time, but at some point he stopped leaving. Jensen think they should talk about it. Misha understands. And Jared would like not-talking back, please.
Word Count: 1.878
Beta: None. If you’d be willing to beta this fic (and others from the verse?) feel free to offer.
Disclaimer: It’s not real. I have no knowledge of those boys private lives beside what they were generous enough to tell us and even that I changed, ignored and reshaped to fit the story.

A/N: It’s part of the Three!verse. I was supposed to start writing it from another point in the story, but suddenly I started from this one, so here the first fic in the verse. There shall be prequels and sequels posted later.

Jared like always was the first one to get up. Outside some really extraordinary situations, it always was like that, which was in some ways awfully inconvenient, but Jay stopped trying to make it better. It was a lost case. No matter what he did and how did they fall asleep, whenever the three of them were in bed, Jay had to sleep in the middle and get up first. And ‘the middle’ wasn’t even a proper term for how he got used to sleeping now. Yes, he always started sleeping with Jensen on his left side - curled on himself and turned away, only pressing his back close to Jay - and Misha on his right - flat on his stomach with one hand on Jared and face pressed into the pillow. Sometime during the night tough, Misha made his unconscious octopus dance and Jared woke up covered with smaller man, whose one arm sneaked around Jensen to hold him closer. So basically Jay had to crawl from underneath him to the side of the bed and slide out, when he wanted to get up. Usually then he proved his awesomnes by risking his life and wrestling a bit more of the covers from Jensen and covering Misha, who through the whole night had him as an extra furnisher.
Usually Jared managed to work out, walk the dogs and shower before either of the other men woke up enough to leave the bed. He was starting on breakfast when they slowly stumbled into kitchen begging in groans and moans for caffeine. When they had more time Jared cooked something warm, if not, they grabbed some bagels and moved on with theirs scheduled days. Sometimes on free days Misha made his pancakes that Jared swore to worship. Jensen chose not to proclaim his love to them, but a blow job Misha was getting later was speaking for itself. That was probably why Collins didn’t mind cooking so much, even if he swore that feeding Jay is like feeding a small army. (‘And do you often cook for an army?’ ‘My army can feed itself, thank you very much.’)

“Jay?” called out Jensen quietly from the door, surprising Jay from making his protein mix.

The higher man turned around, raising his eyebrows. They didn’t have to get up until much later and Jared didn’t even manage to get out with dogs yet, barely finishing working out. Not to mention that Jensen was actually coherent, not only sleepily wandering around the house. Something was seriously wrong here.

“Hey. What’s up?”

“Wanna talk with you,” said Jensen moving closer and leaning against the fridge.

“Now?” asked Jay surprised even more when the other man just nodded. “Okay, what about?”

“Misha.”

Jared froze suddenly and stalled for a moment by adding another ingredient to his mix and putting it back in the mixer, turning it on. He considered using the sudden noise as a reason for stalling the conversation for even longer, but he doubted he’d be able to completely ditch it. Jensen looked way too determined and perhaps it’d be better to talk about it when there was some noise to cover theirs words. He sighed.

“Don’t you think it’d be perhaps better to have this conversation, when he’s not around?” he asked a bit irritated and Jensen had enough decency to look uneasy with this.

“I tried, okay? I tried! But he’s always here! And I’m not talking about our personal lives at work even if we could get some private time then! What the hell else was I supposed to do?! Casually ask: ‘hey, Misha don’t you mind clearing off for awhile so I can talk with my boyfriend?’?!”

Jared barely managed to open his mouth at that, not sure how to respond.

“Sounds good to me,” answered Misha for him, standing in the kitchen door, obviously waken up by Jensen moving out of the bed, which always included lots of detangling from the sheets and arms, while cursing colorfully.

Fair enough, this time Jensen probably tried to be sneaky and subtle, but it never worked for him before and Jared honestly doubted it started now. He sighed angrily and glared slightly at Jensen, who ducked his head, shrugging awkwardly.

“Hey, I’m serious. It’s cool. You wanna talk to your boy and it’s cool, but no need for sneaking around, you know? You’re together and I kind of noticed,” he winked at them both and Jared really wanted to hug him and perhaps run a hand through his sleepy, messy hair.

Misha just smiled at him, probably guessing his weird urges, and shook his head at him, amused.

“I’m gonna grab a shower and go hang out with Mark. Lately he only spends time with his girl and he’s so whipped, he thinks even my queer company will be an improvement.”

“Misha,” started Jared, but wasn’t exactly sure what he should say and he could only be irritated with this whole situation. It’s not like he started any stupid talks! He was just standing innocently in the kitchen, going through his usual morning routine, when Jen decided to ruin his plans and drag all the issues to the light. If that was even what he planned for the rest of conversation, so far Jared wasn’t even sure what it was supposed to be about!

“It’s cool, Jay.” Said Misha firmly and moved closer, planting a chaste kiss on Jensen’s cheek. “It’s cool, Jensen.”

Jensen smiled lightly and finally met his eyes.

“Sorry for being a dick.”

“Baby, I wouldn’t hang out with you if I minded your dickiness,” stated Misha flatly and Jensen breathed a surprised laugh. Misha glanced up at Jay then. “I’d kiss you too, but you reek.”

Jared laughed and smacked him on the head, before he managed to escape and disappear on the stairs leading to the main bedroom and huge bathroom adjoined to it. Jensen pressed a hand to Jared’s hip in some weird sort of communication, but Jared only glared down at him, not ready for truce just yet.

“I still need to walk the dogs and drink that,” he said nodding to his protein shake. “And probably shower.”

Jensen nodded.

“Definitely shower,” he said frowning and Jay smacked him lightly on the head. Then he became sheepish again. “Can I walk the dogs with you?”

“You’re now even afraid to face him?” asked Jared a bit angrily, but Jensen didn’t respond. The higher man just sighed and nodded shortly. “Fine. A bit of run will do you good.”

Jensen hit him half-heartedly in the arm.

By the time they came back Misha was already gone, obviously trying to get out of theirs way as soon as possible. And if Jared didn’t feel awful until now, that certainly would make him absolutely horrible. Jensen obviously didn’t feel all that great about himself either and he quickly ducked into the smaller bathroom to take a quick shower, leaving the bigger one for his giant boyfriend. Jared could read his ridiculous actions well enough to know it meant he wants to get to the talk and have it over with as soon as possible and he’d also love it if Jared managed to calm down and perhaps not hate him. Jensen should be fucking glad that Jared could translate it into something good instead of just accepting this as Jensen escaping once again.

Jensen usually took more time in bathroom, but obviously he was still on his quick, let’s get over it, self-punishing path, because when Jared came to living room freshly dresses and with his hair still dump, Jensen was already sitting on the couch and staring in space. Jared sat heavily next to him and sighed loudly.

“Let’s get it over with,” he said shortly, careful to make his hand lying on the couch touch Jensen’s leg lightly. Sure he was angry, but not nearly enough to hate Jensen. Never nearly enough. “What about Misha?”

“He’s constantly around.”

“I noticed.”

Jensen glared at him, but Jared only shrugged playing dumb.

“Jared, it was supposed to be occasional thing. Sort of, we’re together, but having him in bed with us feels great so why not do it from time to time if everyone is willing.”

“Yeah,” agreed Jared. “And you’re not willing? Well in that case you fooled both of us pretty well, Jen. You seemed very willing, even quite demanding, last night.”

“Stop playing stupid, okay?” snapped Jensen and Jared felt his fake smile drop. “I’m saying it was supposed to be occasional thing. Not every night thing. He’s constantly with us, whenever it’s possible. Don’t you feel stupid by theoretically being with me, but practically being with both of us?”

“I never was with him without you, it’s different, I…”

“I know it is! But it just doesn’t make sense!” exclaimed Jensen. “I don’t need the perfect label fitting us all, okay? But could we please not label ourselves with something that doesn’t make sense even to us?”

Jared stayed silent not sure what to say. Yes, Jensen was right. It didn’t make sense. He probably would try to get some sure information about what exactly is going on himself, if only he wouldn’t be so terrified it’d stop if he looked at it too closely. Yes, Misha was supposed to be just nice occasional addition to theirs sex-lives. He finally got them together and somehow landed in bed with them. And sure, they moved on being together and then sometimes invited him. And then he just kept on visiting and staying, and Jared would’ve never called him on this in fear he’d stop. He should know it wouldn’t work out in a long way.

“So what do you want to do about that?” He asked quietly and flatly.

“Well… I think we have two options,” said Jensen in a quiet dead voice, which made Jared sure he prepared this speech some time ago. “Either we end it up… Possibly going back to occasional threesomes, but I doubt it’d work. Or… Or we can just let him stay.”

Jared looked at him and Jensen ducked his head, before finally meeting his gaze. He shrugged. He looked so clueless and sheepish, and unsure. He cleared his throat unsure and moved his hand through his hair and Jared could feel a warm smile forming on his face, before he leaned in and kissed Jensen warmly.

“It makes sense,” said Jensen defensively.

“Yeah. Especially the second option you’re leaning towards to.”

Jensen blushed slightly and shrugged again, making Jared chuckle and lean in more, making Jensen fall back onto the couch and laying on top of him. He kissed the smaller man slowly, loving how Jensen’s lips automatically opened to him, accepting his explorations. Jensen moaned sweetly, when Jared pressed his hips against him. Jared kissed along his jaw and bit lightly on his ear.

“I think I wanna keep him,” he whispered.

Jensen groaned. “Good.”

“What if he won’t want to stay?”

Jensen swallowed hardly, obviously trying to gather his thoughts.

“I’ll blow him, you’ll fuck him, if he’ll still be stupid enough to leave, we will tie him to the bed.”

Jared laughed out loud before kissing Jensen loudly on the cheek.

“Great plan, baby.”
